Enefco seeks to solve engineering problems in buildings with simple solutions and a strong emphasis on our philosophy of energy-efficiency. The main focus of our business is on human comfort and industrial controlled environment. To ensure that any industrial and business needs are well met and to provide a one-stop solution to our clients, we provide the whole suite of solutions, product and services – engineering solutions, consultancy, projects and maintenance services. The industries that we serve range from commercial to semiconductors and pharmaceuticals.

While many of us as layman may be drowned with all the sustainability jargons, green buildings, climate change, green product, Enefco believes in applying practical and simple solution to a practical engineering problem. All solutions shall be reliable, easy to use and simple to maintain. It is utmost important not to be swayed by sophisticated monitoring & control system that appeared to be state of the art in the modern world. Instead, one needs to understand if the new monitoring & control system is open source, ‘off the shelf’ system or if it is easy to maintain in-house. Otherwise it is going to be very expensive to maintain or turning itself to be yet another white elephant. In other words, instead of just solving a problem, we created another new set of problem!
